高档不锈钢保温杯过滤盘的切边冲孔模具设计
摘 要： 高档不锈钢保温杯过滤盘,是高档不锈保温杯中的一个零件，作用是在杯中起隔离茶渣的作用。其工作环境是耐100℃的高温，能在碱性的茶水里长时间的浸泡。如果采用单工序分步加工，不适合用于大批量生产，成本较高，加工时间较长，生产效率较低，质量也不太稳定。本设计采用了复合模，这样能提高生产效率，降低成本，而且采用复合模，不仅提高了生产效率，质量也比较稳定，模具寿命也较长。可以提高工作效率和产品质量，满足设计目的和技术要求。

Abstract: The slap-up stainless steel vacuum cup filter tray is one part of the slap-up stainless steel vacuum cup. It's function is in the seclusion of the tea-leaf. It works in the 100℃'s high temperature environment, and it can dip in alkalescent tea. If adopt the single working procedure, it's not suitable to use in the volume-produce, for it's high cost, long machining time, inefficient production and unstable quality. This design has adopted the mulriple model, so it advanced the productivity, the quality will be more stable and the model will use more longer. It also can boost the working efficiency, the quality of the products and meet the technic demand of the design purpose.
