支架级进模设计
摘要
本设计的题目是加工支架的级进模具，通过对方案的选择、排样的计算、冲压力的计算和压力中心确定的计算以及凸凹模刃口的计算等最终确定本副模具采用冲孔、落料、弯曲级进模具。
本副模具采用最后切边出件、侧刃定距方式。工作时第一工位冲孔，废料从下模落下，第二工位是冲缺，工艺废料从下模漏料孔落下。且槽式顶料销和侧刃的设计保证了条料的送进精度。从而使本副模具操作起来简单易行，提高了生产率。
关键词：级进模、侧刃、弹性卸料、切边。

Abstract
This design topic is the processing contact tag level enters the mold continually,
the platoon type computation, flushes the computation as well as the convex-concave mold cutting edge computation which the pressure the computation and the center of pressure determined and so on finally determined this mold uses the punch holes, falls the material level to enter the mold.
Under this mold uses, the elastic ex-denning, the side edge is apart from the way surely. When work the first
location punch holes, the waste material falls from the stamping die, the second location is falls the material, the work piece leaks the material hole from the concave mold to fall. Also led the yard lumber and the side edge design had guaranteed the strip material feed-in the precision. Thus causes this mold to operate easy and feasible, enhanced the productivity.
