转子轴承盖冲压成形工艺与模具设计
摘要
本设计的产品为冲压件,主要工序为拉深、冲孔和落料三种工序。设计内容包括:冲压件工艺分析,拉深的计算,排样设计,计算冲压力及冲压设备的选择,模具零件主要工作部分尺寸计算,编制模具主要零件加工工艺规程,模具的装配与调试。
该模具为级进模,包含了拉深、冲孔、落料等工序。凹模,凸模采用整体式结构,安装方便。条料在送料方向上采用导料板导料,利用导料销控制导料步距。卸料装置采用刚性卸料装置。
该设计中使用CAD绘制装配图和零件图,设计说明书也用Microsoft Word排版打印而成,软件的使用提高了设计效率,同时也是设计干净、整洁。

Abstract
This design product is a pressing part, the main working procedure for the drawing, the piercing and the blanking three working procedures.The design content includes: The pressing part craft analysis, the drawing computation, arranges the type design, the computation ramming strength and the ramming equipment choice, the mold components prime task partial size computation, establishes the mold major parts processing technological process, the mold assembly and the debugging.
This mold enters the mold for the level, containing the drawing, the piercing, blanking working procedures and so on.The punch, the die uses the integral-type structure, the installment is convenient.The strip material uses in the feeding direction leads the yard lumber to lead the material, the use leads the material to sell controls guides the material step the distance.The stripping device uses the rigid stripping device.
In this design uses the CAD plan assembly drawing and the detail drawing, the design instruction booklet also uses Microsoft the Word typesetting printing to become, the software use enhanced the rated capacity, simultaneously also is the design is clean, is neat.
