ABSTRACT :Design of the mold is to create common bending parts.Structure and properties of the parts in the analysis and design for the parts,stamping process for “blanking/punching/bengding/discusses” the method for determinimg the benging parts rough stsrt to the shape and size ,design of thebenging die ,expoundsthe structure design of key parts,and pointed out the matter neenging attengtion during designing the die .The bending is the foucs of the design.
The mould and reliable performance, stable operation, able to adapt to mass production requirements, improve the product quality and production efficiency, reduce labor intensity and production cost.

摘 要:设计本模具是为了制造普通弯件。设计中分析了零件的结构及工艺性,拟订该零件的冲压工艺为“落料、冲孔、弯曲”,讨论了弯曲零件毛坯展开形状和尺寸的确定方法,设计了弯曲模,对关键零件的结构设计作了详细阐述,并指出了模具设计时的注意事项。其中,弯曲成形是本设计的重点,
本模具性能可靠,运行平稳,能够适应大批量生产要求,提高了产品质量和生产效率,降低劳动强度和生产成本。关键词:弯曲模,模具结构
