设计简介
摘 要:本设计主要是卡簧落料,弯曲两套模具的设计。通过对工件进行工艺的分析以及结构分析,从产品结构工艺性,具体模具结构出发,对模具成型部分的结构、顶出系统、压力机的选择及有关参数的校核都有详细设计。介绍了落料,弯曲模具的结构组成及工作原理。该模具结构简单,其中弯曲模采用整体式凸凹模,成本低廉、运行可靠。通过模具设计表明该模具能达到卡簧零件质量和加工工艺要求。

Abstract:This design is mainly about two sets of mould :a blanking mould and a bending mould which are used of producing clamp spring . Through the analysis of the forging technology and the structure of the product ,this design includes content of design process of the structure of the molding parts,the ejection system,the selection of press machine and the verification of the related parameters in detail,introduces the constitution and the operating principle of the blanking mould and the bending mould.The structure of the moulds are simple and the bending mould adopts monolithic punch-die,so the moulds are cheap and reliable. The mold design shows that the moulds can meet the requirements of the parts quality and processing technology for producing clamp spring .
