设计简介
LH157QMJ-C汽油机是一种单缸四冲程强制风冷,电起动卧式发动机。采用无级变速装置,使整车行使操纵方便自如。强制风冷冷却系统,使结构简单可靠,满足了发动机的冷却要求。本次设计的题目是LH157QMJ-C右箱体工序卡及第一道工序的夹具。主要任务是通过对零件的工艺分析,确定毛坯的制造形式从而制定出一套完整的工艺路线,在设计夹具时,应该注意提高劳动生产率。为此应先着眼于机动夹紧而不采用手动加紧。因为这是提高劳动生产率的重要途径。本道工序的加工中心夹具就选择了气动夹紧方式。

Abstract
LH157QMJ - C gasoline engine is a single four-stroke compulsory air-cooled engine, electric start-up horizontal. Adopts stepless speed device, easy manipulation of vehicle exercise. Forced air cooling system, the structure is simple, reliable, and meet the requirement of the engine cooling. The design of the subject is LH157QMJ - C right box process card and procedure of fixture. Main task is based on the analysis of the technology of parts of the form to determine manufacturing blank out a set of complete process route, design jigs, should pay attention to improve labor productivity. Therefore shall first mobile clamping without using manual tightening. Because this is the important way to improve productivity. This procedure of processing center fixture will choose pneumatic clamping way.
