设计简介
LH520ATV沙滩车产品由林海开发,主要用于各种不规则路况及地形的代步及小批运输作业。本文对LH520ATV沙滩车后HUB进行了生产纲领、生产节拍的计算、零件的作用、提出了制定加工工序卡注意点、零件的工艺性分析、工艺规程的设计、确定毛坯的制造形式、基面的选择、制定工艺路线、机械加工中每一道工步的机械加工余量、工序尺寸及毛坯尺寸的确定编写、确定切削用量及基本工时、论述了专用夹具设计的基本要求及第二道机加工专用夹具设计、夹具在设计时遇到的问题。

Abstract
LH520ATV product development by the ravine, mainly used for various irregular topography and the road car and small batch transportation operations. This HUB of paper LH520ATV beach car finished the production program, on the calculation and parts production beats, puts forward the process card for careful analysis of technology, parts of the design procedure, and determine the blank of manufacturing, the choice and forms for machining process route, in every step of machining allowance work procedure sizes, and the size of Semifinished materials, determine the cutting dosages and the basic work hours, discusses the basic requirements for a special machining jigs ,the design of the second Machining Jig Designin and the problems of jigs design.
