设计简介
摘 要:随着人们的生活水平越来越高,对一些茎块作物的食用要求也越来越高。例如在食用土豆或一些薯类的时候要将其切成丝或片,因而离心式切片机应运而生。本文设计的切片机主要针对中小型场合,例如加工作坊、食堂、家庭等。本设计针对一些茎块的形状而设计的。本文分别对带、轴、刀片、刀盘等进行设计计算,对轴承、键等元件进行了选择。本设计的切片机有较高的效率,能分别对土豆、红薯、洋葱等进行工作。

Abstract: As the development of the economy, the tuber crops standard for the peple is getting better and better. For example,people wanted to cut the potatoes and batata into pieces, so the slicing machine born. The slicing machine designed in this tesis maily aim at some small and medium-sized places, such as the workshop、canteen and household. The slicing machine designed for some tuber crops in this tesis. In this design,the author designs and calculates the tape、axis、disk and razor,then selects the components of axle bearing and key. The slice machine designed in this thesis have more efficient , and it can be uesed to slice the soil bean, batata and onions.
