立卧式双面44轴组合钻床后主轴箱设计
摘 要
本文主要是针对立卧式双面44轴组合钻床后主轴箱的设计进行阐述。这次设计是在通过查阅机械设计基础、机械设计手册、组合机床设计简明手册、机械设计、机械制图、机械制造工艺学、与毕业设计指导手册等之后完成的。通过这次设计可以了解发动机机体大批量生产流水线中组合机床的原理、结构、工艺水平、分析使用现状及存在的问题,以及分析三缸机体的结构、工艺流程及设计要求。本文主要包括绪论、加工工艺分析、多轴箱的基本结构及表达方式、多轴箱的设计、组合机床多轴箱CAD系统等几个部分。重点放在主轴箱的设计部分,包括绘制多轴箱设计原始依据图、主轴、齿轮的确定及动力计算、绘制多轴箱总图及零件图、多轴箱的传动设计。
设计组合钻床的目的在于实现多孔一次定位,避免重复定位所产生的定位误差,提高被加工孔的位置精度。同时也保证了被加工孔的同轴度。

Combination Drilling of horizontal two-sided 44-axis spindle box design

Abstrac
This paper is to elaborate on the design of the headstock after the 44-axis, horizontal double-sided Combination Drilling. The design is a concise manual by consulting the basis of mechanical design, mechanical design manual, machine tool design, mechanical design, mechanical drawing, mechanical manufacturing technology, and graduated from design guidance manuals completed after. With this design you can understand the combination of machine tools in the engine block in the mass production assembly line principle, structure, technological level, analysis of the use of current situation and existing problems, and to analyze the the triplex body structure, process and design requirements. In this paper, including introduction, process analysis, several parts of the basic structure and expression of multi-axle box, multi-axle box design, machine tool, multi-axle box CAD system, etc.. Focus on the design portion of the spindle box, including the preparation of multi-axle box design to determine the dynamic calculation of the Figure the original basis, spindle, gear, and to draw multi-axle box diagram and parts diagram, multi-axle box transmission design.
The purpose of the design Combination Drilling is achieve porous positioning, to avoid the repeatability of positioning of the positioning errors, improve the accuracy of the location of the hole to be machined. But also to ensure the concentricity of the holes to be machined.
