炼钢转炉专用气动蝶阀的结构设计
 
 
摘要:设计的气动蝶阀主要用于钢铁厂转炉及其他工业的除尘输送系统中,是主要以空气为传动介质的控制调节装置。因此,论文在碟阀的密封性及耐磨性等问题上进行了深入的分析和设计上的考虑。此阀的工作原理是当气缸通过阀杆带动蝶板转动时,蝶板与阀体密封面吻合,将通道切断,即为关闭;反之,则为开启。
本次设计的蝶阀就是三偏心蝶阀,驱动机构采用普通双作用式气缸,利用压缩空气使活塞向两个方向运动,活塞行程可根据实际需要选定。此设计的阀门主要用于钢铁厂转炉炉气的回收。当然,此阀也可以应用于化工、电站、石油等等。由于蝶阀应用于转炉炉气,故对其的密封性是首先要解决的问题,其次是蝶阀的结构的分析和主要零件的设计计算。
