摘 要
洗米机是一种食品加工机械,是洗米装置。是由电动机,水平螺旋轴的设计,倾斜螺旋轴和相应的减速器,框架和其他结构。米从入口到洗米机,洗涤的摩擦螺旋轴交付后,流量计和流量逆流流动,在流动过程中的漂浮杂质米,洗涤浑浊的水从溢流排出淘米。其结构简单,占地面积小,集搓米,洗米,除去漂浮的杂质,如砂石作为一个整体,用更少的水洗涤效果,是一种高效连续式洗米机,食堂,大型酒店,快餐中心理想的粮食洗涤机械。
本设计制定洗米机的总体结构方案,运动学和动力学参数的计算;完成了水平螺旋轴,倾斜螺旋轴及其相应的减速器,与框架结构设计.

Abstract
Rice washing machine is a kind of food processing machinery, for the rice washing device. The design of the spiral rice washing machine is composed of motor, horizontal spiral shaft, inclined screw shaft and corresponding reducer, a frame structure.
