摘 要
水利枢纽的主要任务之一就是拦洪、蓄洪、泄洪,根据枢纽预定功能,水流量大小等条件,枢纽设有表孔、深孔、导流孔、隧洞、放空洞等泄水通道。闸门是控制这些通道过流的机械设备,它运行的好坏直接影响水利枢纽的安危,因此选好闸门启闭机的形式,做好金属结构的总体布置即为重要,其次是解决所采用的材料、计算结构安全、选好支承式、解决闸门运行时各种复杂的水力学问题,精心搞好设计,才能解决设备安全顺利地完成枢纽所赋予的任务。本设计是一平板定轮钢闸门,所起作用是尾水门兼事故检修闸门,本文根据所提供的工程概况,详细地论述了闸门的步骤、方法及内容。设计内容以顶节门叶为主,论述的较为具体,中节和底节门叶结构及设计方法与顶节答题类似,所以没有再展开说明,仅将有关尺寸数据列出。关键字:平板定轮闸门、门叶、顶节。
Abstract
One of the main tasks of Water Control Project is to stop flood , storage flood and discharge flood .In accordance with predetermined hub function , the size of water flow conditions , the hub equipped with lip-deep holes , deep hole ,diversion hole , tunnel , drainage channels , and so on .The gate , which is the equipment to control flow through these channels , runs a direct impact on the safety of key water control project , so selecting the form of gate hoist do a good job in the overall layout of metal structures is extremely important , then resolve the materials which be used ,calculate the safe of structure ,choose good support-style , find solution to the complex hydraulics problem of the gate , then resolved the design of equipment safety and completed the tasks entrusted to the hub successfully . In this article , designed by taking the flat steel gate and tail gate and tail gate accident repair water gate , design the gate adoption of the basic information given .This article discusses the design of the gate steps , methods and content in detail . The design of the contents is mainly about the top section which is discussed specifically . In the Festival and the Festival at the end of the door leaf structure and design methods and top-section generally similar ,therefore , there is no further description .Key words :flat steel gate ,the door leaf , the top section .
