7000T浮吊总体设计及人字架设计
摘要:大型浮式起重机(简称浮吊)作为工程船的一种,在海洋石油开发、大型海上工程、沿海风电设备安装和海难救助等作业中得到广泛运用。7000T浮吊以其出色的承载能力,能完成海上的起重任务,深受许多大型海上作业的单位喜爱。但因其设计制造难度高,投资及技术要求高,进入门槛较高,全球有能力研发和生产的厂商不多.此外由于海上工作环境的恶劣,工作条件的不确定性等因素,对于浮式起重机结构的安全可靠性的要求更是不可忽视。课题设计的是7000T浮吊的总体设计及人字架的设计。它具有起升、变幅、360度回转等功能。
浮吊结构包括臂架、人字架、桁框架、臂架搁架,回转底盘等。运用Peo/E5.0软件建立了浮吊里人字架部分的三维模型,通过里面的质量属性模块,对人字架的重量进行了估算。研究了人字架的结构形式、人字架的内力分析、变幅钢丝绳的拉力分析、转盘弯矩分析等内容。结合整机的性能的要求,选择锐角三角形的人字架。

The Overall Design and Renzi Jia Design of the 7000T Floating Crane
Abstract: Large floating crane (referred to as floating crane) as a kind of project boat, in the offshore oil development, large-scale offshore engineering, offshore wind power equipment installation and salvage operations have been widely used. 7000T floating crane has excellent carrying capacity and are used in many large offshore operations company. It can also complete the task at sea. However, because of the difficulty of design and manufacture of high investment and high technical requirements, there is a few of campanies have the ability to produce it in the world. In addition, because of the poor working conditions at sea, working conditions and other uncertainty factors, the safety and reliability requirements of the floating crane structure can not be ignored. The project design mission is the overall design and Renzi Jia design of the 7000T floating crane. It can lift goods, amplitude goods, 360 degree rotation and has other functions.
Floating crane structure includes the arm, Renzi Jia, frame, arm shelf, and so on. Through the module of the quality Property and Pro/E 5.0 software we build the three-dimensional model about Renzi Jia,. The weight of Renzi Jia is estimated. The structure of the Renzi Jia, force analysis, the analysis of amplitude wire rope tension, rotary bending analysis are researched. Combination of machine performance requirements, we select a acute triangle Renzi Jia.
