摘要
莲子,是睡莲科水生草本植物荷花的种子。又称白莲、莲实、莲米、莲肉。莲子作为一种高营养价值的滋补食品,受到了广大人民群众的热烈欢迎,随着人们生活水平的提高,高品质通芯白莲的需求量急剧增加。莲子子在中国已经有数千年的种植史,然而莲子初加工费时、费力、劳动量大长期困扰着广大莲农。传统的莲子加工需要经过剥壳、去皮、通芯、干燥等一系列的过程,其中剥壳、去皮占用了七成左右的时间。一个成年人手工加工一天一般可产10公斤的鲜白莲,因此要实现白莲的规模化、产业化依靠手工难以实现。针对手工加工劳动强度大、加工不卫生、容易损伤莲子等,相继有研究者对莲子加工设备进行研究。现在的莲子剥壳技术有很多种,但有的效率太低也不太科学,远远不能满足市场的需求,所以这项新技术的出现是非常有必要的。本文基于现有的莲子剥壳的综合研究,改进设计了一台莲子剥壳机。本设计采用刀具切割来达到壳仁分离的目的,通过导料轮来进行送料。本设计工作原理清晰,结构较紧凑,有一定的实用价值。
