设计简介
摘 要
本设计是一款轻型货车的转向器。通过有关资料对转向器的分类,结构性能,工作原理,发展方向做一系列的调查了解,决定本设计的转向器,主要是根据汽车的类型、前轴负荷、使用条件等来决定,并要考虑其效率特性、角传动比变化特性等对使用条件的适应性以及转向器的其他性能、寿命、制造工艺等。
设计的主要内容包括总体设计方案的确定、主要性能参数的确定、齿轮齿条转向器的尺寸计算和齿轮齿条的几何传动关系计算,对齿轮齿条进行了设计计算并进行了校核,其中着重对主动小齿轮的齿根弯曲强度进行了校核。最后查阅有关资料对其进行动力辅助液压装置的相关设计,主要对液压动力缸直径的计算,分配阀和反作用阀有关参数的确定,油罐容积和油泵排量的设计等,根据计算利用AutoCAD画出装配图和零件图。

Abstract
This design is a light wagon steering gear. Finally consult relevant material to the auxiliary power of hydraulic equipment related design, mainly to the hydraulic power cylinder the diameter of the calculation, and adverse effect on distributing valve valve of parameters, volume and oil pump oil tank displacement of design, according to the calculated using AutoCAD draw assembly drawings and drawing.
