摘要
在中国鞭炮做为中国文化的传承,一直受到民众的喜爱,它给人带来了喜庆,欢乐的气氛。虽然在城市管制严格,但依旧是市民喜庆、欢喜的代名词。无论是节日的来临或者婚嫁迎娶、乔迁升学都会听到一阵阵悦耳且带着一丝嘈杂的鞭炮声。中国人在春节期间燃放烟花爆竹的习俗由来已久,甚至可追溯到春秋时期,并在唐代普及到了整个中国。到了宋朝,民间出现了制造烟火爆竹的作坊和专业匠人,烟火表演也随之丰富了起来。加之造纸业的发展,使烟花爆竹业变得空前发达。而烟花爆竹的普及与盛行,主要是社会生活的需要所致,后来潜移默化,逐渐衍变为一种文化,而且涉及到了文化信仰乃至政治生活。这与今天人们所理解的鞭炮只是为了营造节日的欢快气氛有本质的不同。本论文一研究工作的进展顺序为章,分章、节逐一论述了课题的起因、发展意义以及环境保护等问题的研究。在设计中遇到的问题与难点极其解决方法与措施都一一阐述。在设计过程中,详细论述了设备的总体结构设计、电机传动系统、控制系统、齿轮传动系统、卷筒传动系统以及安全性进行了设计。

Abstract
In Chinese firecrackers as the inheritance of Chinese culture, has been the subject of the public's favorite, it brings people a happy, happy atmosphere. Although the city strict control, but is still a public celebration, joy pronoun. Whether the festival or marriage marry, move the entrance will hear the waves of melody and with a loud sound of firecrackers. The Chinese people during the Spring Festival fireworks in the long-standing practices, and even can be traced back to the spring and Autumn Period in the Tang Dynasty, and spread to the whole of china. By the Song Dynasty, the folk appeared manufacturing workshops and professional master of fireworks and firecrackers, fireworks and rich rise. In addition to the development of paper-making industry, the fireworks industry becomes unprecedented developed. While the popularity and prevalence of fireworks and firecrackers, mainly is the need of social life caused by, then influence character by environment, gradually evolves into a kind of culture, but also relates to the cultural beliefs and political life. This and people today understand the firecrackers just to create a festive and cheerful atmosphere has a very different nature.
In this paper, a research work in order to chapters, divided into chapters, each section is discussed in the paper, the significance of the development of the cause of environmental protection as well as the research on the problem of. In the design of the problems encountered with difficulties extremely solutions and measures are one one description. In the design process, in detail elaborated the equipment overall structural design, the motor drive system, control system, gear transmission system, transmission system and the security of web design.
