设计简介
摘要
通过对树枝成型机的发展现状的分析,以及参考螺旋式树枝成型机的设计,确定了本课题的主要设计内容。在确定了树枝成型机初步设计方案后,决定采用传统理论方法对树枝成型机机身部件进行设计、计算、强度校核及其计算,采用PROE设计软件对机身各主要零部件及总装图进行了工程绘图,在参考了某公司生产的树枝成型机机身部件以及查阅了大量关于机身部件设计的书籍后,确定机身部件的设计方案,并对其进行了可行性分析,最后对整个设计进行系统分析,得出整个设计切实可行。

Abstract
Through to the mechanical press's development present situation's analysis, as well as refers to the mechanical press's design, has determined this topic main design content. After having determined mechanical press preliminary design plan, decided that uses the traditional theory method to carry on the design, the computation, the intensity examination to the mechanical pressure fuselag epartes system; Used the AUTO CAD design software each main spare part and the final assembly drawing has carried on the project cartography to the fuselag epartes system in; In referred to some company to have produced the closed two point mechanical pressure engine drive system which as well as has consulted massively after the transmission system design books, the definite fuselag epartes system's design proposal, has drawn up the transmission system schematic diagram, has given fuselag epartes system's working instructions, and has carried on the feasibility analysis to it, finally carried on the system analysis to the entire design, obtained the entire design to be practical and feasible.
