树枝粉碎机进料口设计
摘要:树枝粉碎成型机是一个能源与饲料相结合性产业,产业波及效果强,对与其相关的下游产业有明显的带动作用与推动作用。环保部门调研后发现,树枝、木屑等农林废弃物,每年大概有三分之一被废弃,造成了资源浪费。乱堆乱弃或以低效方式直接焚烧这些农林废弃物,还会污染水体,影响村容镇貌和大气环境质量,甚至对交通安全构成威胁。利用秸秆、稻壳、锯末、树枝、木屑等农林废弃物为原料,经粉碎加压增密成型,就成了生物质固体成型燃料。据初步计算,我国一年可收集各类秸秆5000万吨,制成生物燃料后相当于减少3800万吨原煤的使用。环保局有关专家称,生物质固体成型燃料是一种国际公认的清洁能源,具有保护大气环境、减少能源消耗的特点,可替代燃煤应用于各种锅炉。目前,全国已有不少企业的锅炉用上了这种新能源。
利用Pro/E对锤片式粉碎机转子中的进料口进行三维建模、虚拟装配、模型分析。设计者可以充分利用Pro/E单一数据库管理技术,通过改变尺寸参数来方便地修改和更新零件,还可以直观地观察和分析转子的外形、零件间的相互位置关系和运动状态。
