设计简介
摘要
娱乐式健身小车应用广泛。现有的健身器一般都采用单一功能，对人体单一部位进行锻炼，而对那些要求全身得到锻炼的适应能力比较差，直接影响了生产企业的经济效益。为此，该课题提出设计一种娱乐式的健身小车，以适应市场需求。本文主要对娱乐式健身器材从实际工作需求着手，针对现在产品中存在着规模大功能少等缺点，旨在实现家庭化，多功能化，为本项目市场化、产业化运营奠定了基础。
鉴于本产品的定位，首先是为了健身的目的，再一个是一定要体现出小车的趣味性。所以在设计时，要充分的发挥娱乐的目的。像一般的健身式的小车或者自行车，往往运动量较大，同时整个锻炼的过程枯燥乏味。这样就很难引起人们的兴趣，再一个在市场的定位上，主要是针对都市的白领。因为白领们的工作压力较大，并且他们一般没有大量的时间去参加一些锻炼性的活动。普通的健身方式也很难引起他们的兴趣，这样一种集娱乐和锻炼于一体的健身器材可定会在市场上有不错的反响的。
文章的开始总结归纳了现有的一些小车的特点，并且阐述了国内外的健身小车的发展状况，对国内这种健身小车的市场的前景进行了分析，得出了本小车在国内还是有非常广阔的市场；在文章的后面，根据机械原理上的已有的一些机构的运动的原理进行了分析，同时结合本健身小车的实现的功能，得出了小车的主要部分转向系统和前进系统采用的结构形式，转向是采用的齿轮的传动，前进是齿轮齿条的传动，这样同时可以锻炼身体的三个主要部位；对小车的整体进行了受力的分析，并且对小车的关键部件进行了强度和寿命的校核。
