摘 要
该设计的水果单列输送装置是一种能实现水果自动形成单列的装置。将两个筒式滚子通过形成V字形的方式放置在机器的两边(从水果输送进来到输送出去的方向),滚筒利用电机带动,当电机运转时,带动主动滚筒。主动滚筒通过皮带的转动带动从动滚筒转动。前后两对滚筒的运转速率不同,水果则可能原地不动或者运动离开。形成旋涡状分开,所以在滚子两边设有坡型板,在坡型板的辅助下,类球形水果能自动形成单列进入下一级机器中。在电机的驱动下。滚子可以平稳的运转。能够确保正确及可靠的供给水果、能够为多种无聊自动成单列运输。从而满足特定工序的需求。例如用于水果喷蜡及抛光、水果分级、其他准球形物料的分级等装备所需的供给机构。
