设计简介
本文简要介绍了丝杠测量仪工作台的研究概况以及发展的现状与趋势,并以丝杠测量仪工作台的结构设计为题,主要进行丝杠测量仪工作台及测量架的结构设计和计算。根据设计要求,进行了电机的选择、工作台的设计及计算、测量架的设计及计算等。并根据设计和计算结果绘制CAD装配图和部分零件图。
通过构思机构运动方式和传动结构布局、并对零部件进行三维实体造型和设计计算等环节,培养了我的设计、计算、制图能力,通过比较完整系统的设计过程,以提高我的独立分析与解决工程实际问题的能力。

Abstract
This paper describes the measuring table of the screw profile and the development status and trends, and screw gauge table design theme, the main table and the measuring instrument for measuring screw frame design and calculation . According to the design requirements for the motor selection, design and calculation table, measuring frame design and calculation. The results according to the design and CAD drawing assembly and some parts diagram.
Institutions through the concept of structure and layout of the Movement and transmission, and three-dimensional solid modeling components and design aspects of computing, cultivated my design, calculation, drawing ability, by comparing the complete system design process to improve my independent analysis and The ability to solve practical engineering problems.
