设计简介
摘要
塔式起重机是我们建筑机械的关键设备,本机性能先进,结构合理,操作使用安全可靠.其主要特点是起重高度大,工作幅度宽.对本机的设计主要有总体方案的设计、整机的抗倾翻稳定性、设计原则及有关计算。有关计算主要有塔机风力计算、平衡重的计算、吊臂的设计计算、臂架结构设计计算。塔机的金属结构由起重臂、塔身、转台、承座、平衡臂、底架、塔尖等组成,其它的零部件还有滑轮,回转支承,吊钩和制动器等,塔机的工作机构有五种:起升机构、变幅机构、小车牵引机构、回转机构和大车走行机构(行走式的塔机)。通过对塔机的设计计算我对塔式起重机有了更深入的研究,随着国家基础设施建设的迅速发展,塔式起重机的重要性更进一步的体现出来,所以我们必须更加深入的研究塔式起重机。

Abstract
The abstract tower crane is we constructs the machinery the essential equipment, the this aircraft performance is advanced, the structure is reasonable, operation use safe reliable. Its main characteristic is lifts heavy objects highly in a big way, the work scope is wide. Mainly has the overall concept design, the complete machine to the this aircraft design anti-pours out the stability, the principle of design and the related computation.The related computation mainly has the tower machine wind power computation, the counterbalance computation, the lazy arm design calculation, the prm support structural design computation.The tower machine metal structure by the erector beam, the tower body, the turnplate, the altar, the balance arm, the chassis, the spire and so on is composed, other spare parts also have the pulley, the rotation supporting, the lift hook and the brake and so on, the tower machine operating mechanism have five kinds: Lifts the organization, the amplitude organization, the car hauling organization, the rotation organization and the large cart walks the good organization (walks -like tower machine).Through I had more thorough research to the tower machine design calculation to the tower crane, along with the country infrastructure construction rapid development, the tower crane important further manifests, therefore we must the more thorough research tower crane.
