挖掘机用柱塞泵的设计与三维动画仿真
摘要: 本文在当前的柱塞泵恒流理论基础上,分析了能实现柱塞泵恒流其柱塞运动速度曲线所必须具备的特征,并创造性地提出了恒流特征速度曲线这一概念,完善了柱塞泵恒流理论。依据该理论,本文设计了径向恒流柱塞泵,主要对柱塞、滚柱、转子、定子及驱动轴进行了设计计算,对泵盖、泵体及配流轴进行了结构设计。应用三维软件Solidworks对径向柱塞泵的结构进行建模,对其工作情况进行动画模拟;应用其中的cosmosmotion模块进行motion分析,并模拟出相关运动曲线,以验证设计结论。

The Design and 3D Simulation of A Piston pump for excavator
Abstract: Based on current theory of piston pump with constant flow, this paper analyze the characteristic of piston-velocity curve which can make piston pump work with constant flow, and creatively propound constant current characteristic speed curve,which is a new conception, finally perfect the theory of piston pump with constant flow. According to this new theory, this paper designs a radical and constant current piston pump, mainly do design calculation for piston, pin roller, rotator, stator and actuating shaft and also do physical design for pump cover, pump body and flow distribution shaft. Radial piston pump structure is modeled using three dimensional software Solidworks and then Operation work condition by using animated simulation.Using the Cosmos motion module which one of the modules in Solidworks does motion analysis.We simulate the relevant sports cure to validate the design conclusion.
