摘 要
装配天线机构时可分为四部分分别装配再总体装配,我按从上至下的步骤先装配圆盘机构,然后装配底座机构,再接着装配前伸机构,最后连接上脚机构,添上电机就成为一个完整的天线机构。
天线的设计分为自动、手动和半自动,本设计为一自动搜寻卫星并接受卫星信号的天线装置。本设计的结构总体可划分为四大块:一是,连接圆盘的机构是圆盘机构它能使圆盘产生上下摇摆的运动;二是,底座机构,底座机构能自主的进行时针回转运动并带动圆盘机构也做回转运动;三是,前伸伸出机构,前伸伸出机构连接圆盘机构与底座机构使之两者其固定作用,更主要的是前伸伸出机构连接有馈源,而馈源作为整个天线机构的眼睛起到至关重要的作用,它能接收经圆盘反射回的卫星信号成为人们所需要的信息;第四部分是脚,脚作为整个天线机构的重力支柱起到支撑前三个机构的作用。

The design of the antenna is divided into automatic, manual and semi-automatic. The antenna device is designed as an auto searching satellite and receiving satellite signal.. The overall structure of the design can be divided into four parts: one is connected, disc mechanism is disc mechanism which can make the disk swing up and down movement; two, the base mechanism, the base mechanism can independently carry clockwise rotary motion and driven disc mechanism also do rotary movement; three, reach out, reach out mechanism is connected with the base disc mechanism to both the fixed effect mechanism, more important is to reach out and feed feed mechanism is connected with the antenna, as the eyes of institutions play a crucial role, it can receive the satellite signal reflected back to the disk becomes the needed information; the fourth part is feet, feet as a pillar of the whole antenna mechanism of gravity to support the three mechanism.
