摘  要
 
随着人们文化生活水平的提高,对舞台演出节目的质量要求越来越高。舞台的现代化、智能化是必然的发展趋势。国内虽有部分舞台参照了国外的舞台形式,但整体的技术水平较低,不能满足舞台使用的各种功能要求。本文以北京广播电视中心800㎡演播厅舞台与长影舞台为例,通过设计合理的拖动机构使舞台实现平稳传动,长度达到12米的现代化动控舞台。
通过对舞台传动机构的了解,完成与之匹配的拖动机构设计。从选择应用材料出发,选择合理的材料来承受演员在舞台上的动载荷与舞台本身的静载荷,并通过合理的焊接使舞台支架成型。同时注意焊接时的误差与注意事项,保证舞台传动平稳,并完成夹齿轮与底轮的拖动部分机构。最后完成舞台的维修部分,并做定期维护与检查舞台机构的工作。

Abstract
Along with the people culture living standard enhancement, is more and more higher to the stage items on the program quality requirement. The stage modernization, the intellectualization are the inevitable development tendency. The home although had a part of stage to refer to the overseas stage form, but the whole technical level was lower, could not satisfy the stage use each kind of function to request. This article take the Beijing broadcast television center 800㎡telecasts halls stage and the Changchun Movie Studio stage as an example, enables the stage realization steady transmission through the choice
Reasonable transmission system, the length to achieve 12 meters modernizations move control the stage.
Through to the stage transmission system understanding, completes with it match drives the organization design. Embarks from the choice using the material, chooses the reasonable material to withstand the actor to move the load and the stage itself static load in the stage, and causes the stage support through the reasonable welding to take shape. Simultaneously pays attention to when the welding the error and the matters needing attention, guaranteed the stage transmission is steady, and completes clamps the gear and the bogie wheel drives the partial organizations. Finally completes the stage the service part, and makes the maintenance routine and inspects the stage organization the work.
