设计简介
摘要:旋风除尘器广泛地应用于各个行业除尘系统中,本文针对旋风除尘器的结构及工作原理,分析影响旋风除尘器压力损失的因素,介绍了旋风除尘器内部流场和除尘机理。针对旋风除尘器除尘效率问题进行了分析,总结了现有改进方案,指出存在的不足,并结合前人的改进思路提出了新的改进方案,以提高旋风除尘器的分离效率,为进一步挖掘旋风除尘器的潜在性能开辟新的思路。简要地设计了一款旋风除尘器,另外简要的介绍了现有旋风除尘器的几种比较典型的改进措施。
