摘要
随着现代物流工程的发展,烟草行业烟箱自动拆盘程度的不断提高,烟箱拆盘机是现代烟草仓储物流系统的重要设备之一,其主要功能是将烟箱拆垛,将单个烟箱放置到输送线上,从而达到机械化拆盘的目地。烟箱拆盘机X-Y轴的运动规律对系统的可靠运行将起到重要地作用。烟箱拆盘机X-Y设计吸盘X轴和Y轴方向的运动规律设计,以实现吸盘的准确定位,从而实现对烟箱垛的快速拆盘和对烟箱的准确放置。要求拆盘准确准确,效率高,可靠性高,并具有一定的智能化。此系统技术先进,结构紧凑,效率高,而且目前国内尚无此种类型的定型产品,属开发设计。

Abstract
