摘  要
  
药品包装机械属于高技术、高智能、高竞争的机电一体化产品,高技术成果都会在包装机械产品中得到应用。纸盒包装机械可分为折纸、下纸、药板推送、纸盒打开、纸盒传输、折舌、插舌、压平和打批号等功能。
本设计的主要设计内容为药品装盒机的上料装置设计、药板装盒装置设计。完成的主要工作有:综述了药品装盒机的发展历程,发展现状及发展战略;确定了总体方案、包装工艺,物料的运动方式采用垂直与水平相结合的方式,从而缩短了机器的尺寸;设计了纸盒上料机构,利用负压吸盘对纸盒进行分离、输送,吸盘由凸轮机构驱动,上下移动;设计了药板上料机构,通过槽轮机构驱动齿形带对药板进行定量输送;设计了装盒机构,将药板、说明书装入纸盒内,同时完成纸盒的折叠封合。
本设计充分考虑了机械动力学分析,使机械运行平稳。设计过程参考了各类包装机械设计的长处,同时借鉴了其它机械的优点完成了药品装盒机的设计。本机器包装能力为50~120盒/分。
本机总体上具有较高的性价比,具有很强的竞争力和很好的发展前景。

ABSTRACT
 
Medicines and chemical reagents package machinery belongs to a high technology,the integration of machinery with electronics product, high technology achievement city that high intelligence,height compete for are applied in package machinery product.Paper box package machinery may be that the box opens, paper box transfers,breaks tongue,functions such as inserting tongue,flattening and putting a batch number up mark poison board under paper folding,deducing paper feed.
Main part designing that originally expects that the device designs that,the medicine board dress box device designs that on designing that content is that medicines and chemical reagents is packed in box machine's.Main part being completed works having:Have summed up medicines and chemical reagents packing development of box machine course,present situation and development strategy.Have ascertained the overall plan,package handicraft,the material motion way adopt the perpendicularity comparing with level to look at and appraise the way being tied in wedlock,the dimension having shortened a machine thereby.The organization having designed that paper box fixes material,makes use of the negative pressure acetabulum to carry out separation,transportation on paper box,the acetabulum drives,moves about from cam organization.Expect that organization,conveys by the fact that sheave organization drives jugged as well as carrying out a quantify on medicine board on the board having designed medicine.Organization having designed the dress box,board,specifications put medicine into the paper box inner,the enfoldment accomplishing paper box at the same time seals off the small side door.
The operation designing that having considered a mechanical kinetics sufficiently analyses,uses machinery originally is stable.Other machinery merit having designed that process has consulted package machinery design of all kinds strong point,drawing lessons at the same time has accomplished medicines and chemical reagents installing box machine design.The machine package ability is allotted for 50 ~ 120 boxes.
This machine has higher nature price ratio as a whole,has very strong competition and the very good development prospect.
