本文开发设计了一种小型汽车转向机的性能测试系统——液压式转向机系统实验台。该系统利用液压助力系统驱动转向机输出端进行轴向运动,在转向机输出端也有一个液压检测系统为转向机为其提供负荷阻尼。同时采集各种传感器发来的信号,对其分析处理后,来检测被试验转向机的性能与可靠性。本系统是典型的机电液一体化系统。
根据本实验的要求,系统所测量的参数包括输入端的空载转动扭矩、 工作时转动力矩和旋转角度,输出端的输出力及输出位移等。整个系统包括液压助力系统,输入端液压检测系统,步进电机驱动系统,实验台台架总成,台上卡具体总成,传感器,单片机,微机等部件。
本系统采用了步进电机控制输入端,使得输入转矩更佳平稳。利用了液压系统对转向机输出端进行检测,与传动效率相同的比较,液压传动装置重量轻,体积紧凑;可实现无级变速,调速范围很大,传动工作平稳;更容易与电气配合,实现动作和操作自动化;
本系统可以测出常见的各种小型汽车转向机的性能参数,并达到一定的精度,满足了设计要求。

Title : The Redirector’s Experiment Platform Of Hydraulic System
Abstract
This task had designed and explored a testing system that test the roadlouse’s capability of redirector —— hydraulic experiment platform of redirector. The system makes use of the system of hydraulic to drive the redirector’s output end and makes it to do axle motion . At the output end of the redirector there is also a system that text the output end by the hydraulic system. The system offers the load resistance to the redirector. Meanwhile , by gathering and analyzing the signals from the sensors ,the system can test the capability and the reliability of the redirector . The system is a typical mechatronic system .
As requirement of the experiment , the testing parameters include the motion of the input end ,when it is idling ; the motion and the rotated corner when it is working ; the output power and the output distance ,etc . The whole system is consist of the hydraulic assistant system ,the hydraulic testing system ,the driving system for the step-motor , the frame parts ,the fastener parts ,sensors , SCM and the personal computer ,etc .
The system make use of step-motor to control input end ,which can make the input motion more smooth .Taking advantage of the hydraulic system to test the output end of the redirector .Compare with the other system ,it has a light weight ,a tight volume ,and it can also achieve the stepless speed , so it has a wide scope of timing .Its transimission is smooth , so it is easier to coordinate with the electric system ,and to realize the automatic motion and operation.
The system can test out the capability parameters of the redirector of the roadlouse and it can reach to a fixed precision ,so it can satisfy the requirement of the experiment .
