摘要
通过对当今油缸清洗机的行业的调查研究,研发出一种具有清洗液压油缸的清洗机是很适应市场需求的。本说明书主要详细介绍了油缸清洗机的结构组成、工作原理、工作流程以及控制系统等方面的相关内容,为油缸清洗机的产业化提供了理论依据。由于油缸清洗机的进给特点,有电力驱动和液压驱动两种驱动方式。本设计采用了两种驱动,提高清洗效率。由于油缸清洗机具有节约大量的人力,物力和财力从而得到广大客户的青睐。本文主要研究的内容包括:一、油缸清洗机的总体方案设计;二、油缸清洗机液压系统的设计;三、油缸清洗机外壁喷淋系统的设计;四、油缸清洗机进给系统的设计;五、油缸清洗机水循环处理系统方案。关键词:油缸清洗机:液压系统:自动清洗
Abstract
Through the investigation and study on oil cylinder washing machine industry, a clean machine for the hydraulic oil cylinder washing machine is very adapt to the market demand. This manual mainly introduces the advantages of oil cylinder structure composition, working principle, working process and control system of the related content, for the oil cylinder of industrialization provides a theoretical basis. Due to the characteristics of cylinder washer, it has two drive modes: electric drive and hydraulic drive. This design adopts the two kinds of drive modes, which improve the efficiency of cleaning. Moreover, because the oil cylinder washing machine can save a lot of human resource, material and financial resources, it gets the majority of customers favors. This article mainly includes, First, the overall design of oil cylinder and its advantages; Second, the hydraulic system design ot the oil cylinder washing machine; Third, the design of the outside wall washing; Four, the design of feed system of the oil cylinder washing machine; Five, the water cycle processing system solutions of the oil cylinder washing mashine.Key words:Cylinder washing machine: Hydraulic system: Automatic cleaning
