设计简介
本文简要介绍了导游机器人的研究概况以及发展的现状与趋势,并简述了导游机器人轮式行走机构的设计过程,即驱动机构和转向机构的总体设计及计算,行走机构的设计包含了驱动电机的选择,减速器的设计以及驱动轮的选用和安装。转向机构的设计主要包括转向电机的选择、支架的设计,以及转向轮的选用和安装。根据驱动机构和转向机构的设计与计算,确定了底板的具体结构。最后根据设计和计算的具体尺寸与形状画出了总装CAD图以及部分零件的CAD图。

Abstract
This paper briefly introduces the researching overview and developing Current Situation and developing trends of the tour guide robot, it also briefly introduces the design process of the wheeled walking mechanism of the tour guide robot. That is overall design and calculation of the drive mechanism and the steering mechanism. The design of drive mechanism includes the picking of the drive motor and the design of the decelerator and the picking and installation of the drive wheels. The design of steering mechanism includes the picking of the steering motor and the design of the support and the picking and installation of the steering wheels. It determines the specific structure of the bottom on the basis of the overall design and calculation of the drive mechanism and the steering mechanism. At last I drawn the CAD drawings of the total installed and some parts which is basis on the specific shape and size of the design and calculation.
