智能三相异步电机测试系统设计
摘  要:三相异步电机作为 一种重要的机电产品,广泛的应用于从工农业生产到人们日常生活的各个领域。但是传统手动的操作的电机参数测试方法存在着测量时间不同步、人为因素影响大、工作效率低等缺点。智能三相异步电机测试系统采用单片机系统实现对于数据的采集和处理,以单片机系统构成的数据采集系统为核心,以键盘输入以及数据显示为辅助,实现测量三相异步电机绕组的电压、电流。通过个电参量与电压、电流的关系建立数学模型,实现有功功率、无功功率、视在功率、功率因数等电参量的测量。介绍了系统的软件以及硬件的实现,并且通过实验验证了该系统的实用性、测量精度高、操作方便、系统可靠等诸多特点。

Design Of Intelligent Testing System Of
Three-Phase Induction Motor
Abstract: Three-phase induction machines, one kind of important electromechanical product, are widely used in various fields, from industry, agriculture to household applications. But the traditional manual method of testing electrical machinery has a lot of shortcomings. For example, the measure time is often out of step, the human lilctor is of great impact, the efficiency is poor and so on. SCM systems are adopted in data collection and processing of this system. It uses SCM system as core and makes keyboard input and data display as assistance measures the voltage and current of three-phase induction motor. By building mathematics model according to the relations between electric parameters and voltage and current, the measurement of electric parameters such as real power, reactive power, apparent power and power factor, etc. can be carried out. This paper introduces the achievement of hard-ware and software of this system, and proves the practicality of it by experiment.
