设计简介
为了适应开放式实验教学模式,将实验室原来落后的液压实验台进行优化设计,使其成为较先进的综合型智能型实验台。本文在传统的液压实验台的基础上,结合了PLC控制技术和电气控制技术,实现了对该实验台的自动控制。并对原有实验台的控制面板以及整个控制台进行了设计。文章叙述了优化设计的总体设计方案以及研究手段。优化设计后的液压实验台在技术性能和功能上满足了开放实验的要求,具有快速、智能的特点,实现了在一台实验设备上可以进行多项综合性、设计性实验的目的。

Abstract
To adapt the experimental equipments to the type of the opening teaching, the old Hydraulic Experimental Table has been reconstructed to make into a type of intelligent and integrated experimental bench. On the basic of the traditional Hydraulic Experimental Table, using PLC control technology and electric control technology, the paper achieves the automatic control of hydraulic experimental table. The control panel and the whole control bench of the old Hydraulic Experimental Table have been designed. This paper introduces the overall design approach and study means. The reconstructed Hydraulic Experimental Table is fit for the requirements of the opening teaching in technique and function, and it is fast and intelligent. The reconstruction integrates many integrated and designable experiments into one experimental bench. After the reconstruction, and both the teachers and students participate and practice in the multi-functioning task more actively.
