设计简介
本文针对汽车半轴制造生产线的现状,根据目前国内外制造行业的新技术、新工艺,以解决现阶段半轴制造生产线落后、生产线效率低、坏境污染严重、工人劳动负荷大等的一系列问题为目标,设计出高效率、低成本的现代化生产线。本文对自动生产线的系统组成进行分析,提出工艺方案,并设计出各个单元的机械结构和整体布局。分析了各个系统的工作任务,由此来选择各个系统的设备,并且根据生产过程中的需要进行了送料设计形式分析;送料装置结构设计及一些主要零件计算;对输送链进行改造,设计了间歇传送机构及主要零件计算。

Abstract
This article specifies the current situation of vehicle axle manufacturing line and according to the manufacturing industry at home and abroad of new technologies and new crafts which aims at solving these problems like the backward of the current axle manufacturing line, inefficiency of production lines, the serious environment pollution, and heavy burden of the labors to design the high efficiency and low-cost modern production lines. This article analyses the components of automated production line system, proposing the craft plan and design the mechanical structure of each unit and overall layout. It also analyses the various system tasks to choose the equipments of each system and analyses the hopper design based on the needs of the production process. Feeding device structure design and calculation of some of the major components; Conveyor chains to transform the design of the intermittent feed mechanism and calculation of the main components.
