联合机伐木机构的结构设计
摘 要
联合伐木机又名采伐联合机,是一种多功能、 高自动化、高效率的林木采伐机械,在山地采伐作业,联合伐木机显示出无法比拟的先进性。由此,开发多功能的,通过性和适用性好,工作效率显著的联合伐木机 必是今后国内林业机械行业重点研究与开发的方向,同时有着巨大的应用市场。针对目前我国人工林区的发展现状和前景,加快研制适合我国国情、林情的多功能自 动化伐木机械,特别是联合伐木机有着无可厚非的必要性。工作装置是整个联合伐木机的技术核心,其设计合理与否,直接影响到整机性能和作业效率。
本次我所设计的联合机伐木机构为液压剪式伐木机构。本次的设计针对双剪刃伐木机构进行设计。每个结构采用液压驱动。设计完成的联合机伐木机包括夹紧树干的抓瓜、剪刃部分、机架部分、部分。本文对联合机伐木机构及其夹紧树干的抓瓜,剪刃,机架,导轮,对各部分的驱动和电机的选择进行了设计计算,并对齿轮进行校核计算。
