设计简介
摘要
矿用单轨吊车是一种新型的矿下运输系统,其因为运输平稳,对巷道的环境要求低,而受到广泛的欢迎。但由于目前我国生产单轨吊车的厂家不多,产品单一,运载能力不大,寿命短,严重影响了国产单轨吊车的应用推广。这次我们选择的单轨吊车的毕业设计,就是在参考国内外以往单轨吊车的设计思路的同时对其进行了结构优化和技术创新,力求解决运载能力不大,寿命短的问题,增加国产单轨吊车的市场竞争力。我们的单轨吊车的设计采用整体分开,相互协作,最后组合的团队设计方法。我在单轨吊车的设计中主要负责减速器的设计,我设计的减速器是三级圆柱斜齿轮减速器,通过查阅减速器的设计资料,我按照先整体设计再对各部分进行结构设计和强度、刚度、寿命的校核,满足结构和使用要求后进行总装图的绘制。通过老师的悉心指导和本人的勤奋设计,终于按时合格的完成自己的设计,为我们的单轨吊车的整体设计完成做出应有的贡献。

ABSTRACT
The mineral product monorail is under one kind of new ore the transportation system, its, because transports steadily, requests lowly to tunnel's environment, but receives widespread welcome. But because the present our country produces monorail's factory not to be many, the product is unitary, the diode current capacity is not big, the life is short, serious influence domestic product monorail's application promotion. This we choose monorail's graduation project, was while refers to domestic and foreign former monorail's design mentality to carry on the structure optimization and the technological innovation to it, made every effort to solve the diode current capacity not to be big, the life short question, increased the domestic product monorail's market competitiveness
Our monorail's design uses the whole to separate, cooperates mutually, finally combines team design method. I in monorail's design primary cognizance reduction gear's design, I design the reduction gear is the third-level column helical gear reduction gear, through consults reduction gear's design information, I according to the first overall design to carry on the structural design and the intensity, the rigidity, the life examination again to various part, after satisfying the structure and the operation requirements, carries on the final assembly drawing the plan. Through teacher's tender guidance and myself diligent design, qualified complete own design finally on time, completes for ours monorail's overall design makes the proper contribution.
