干粉压片机的设计
摘要:随着现代科技的发展,压片机涉及的行业越来越广泛,高科技、高效率,低成本已成为现代压片机的一个重要的发展趋势。与国外的压片机相比,我国生产的压片机规模小、产量低、技术含量较低。干粉压片机是将干粉压制成直径为30mm,厚度为5mm的圆形片坯状的装置。本文以压片机为研究对象,以造价低、结构简单为基础,通过方案对比及力的分析,从而设计出合适的压片机。本文阐述了加压机构、送料机构及传动系统的设计过程。

The Design of the Dry Powder tablet Pressing Machine
ABSTRACT: With the development of modem science and technology,tablet pressing machine is used in more and more industries. High technology, high efficiency and low cost have become the most important trend of current tablet pressing machine. Compared with the tablet pressing machine of abroad, the tablet pressing machine made in china is smaller scale, lower yield, lower technology. Dry powder tablet pressing machine is a machine that presses powder to a flat blank (30mm in diameter, 5mm in thickness) .Based on low cost and simple structure, to the study of the tablet pressing machine in the dissertation, contrast through the program and power analysis to design a suitable tablet pressing machine. In this paper, it is showed that the design process of the pressure mechanism, the feeding mechanism and the transmission.
