曲轴滚压强化机液压系统的设计
摘要:本曲轴滚压机的特点是采用强化滚压与滚压校直相结合,设计为三级变压液压系统。滚压过程中滚压力成阶梯型变化,实现自动定位、强化滚压、光整滚压三个过程。以提高滚压质量和滚压校直作用。即开始按较小的夹紧力进行滚压,以便曲轴定位;当滚压数圈后,滚压力增至最大值,做强化滚压;滚压至需要圈数后压力又降至一定值做光整滚压。再滚数圈,滚压循环结束。液压系统液压阀配置形式选择集成块式。液压集成块是安装各种液压元器件,并在其内部按液压原理图实现元件间孔道连通的复杂功能阀块,其结构紧凑,元件密度高,占据空间小,变化灵活,易标准化等特点。
