设计简介
摘 要
本文对马铃薯挖掘机的设计研究和应用进行了深入的介绍和分析,设计了分离组合式马铃薯挖掘机。对该机的主要参数进行了选择设计,主要零部件的设计进行了机构、结构优化和理论设计计算。马铃薯是地下产物,而且是块茎繁殖, 并且其收获和季节、天气等客观条件有很大的关系。因为马铃薯的收获费力费时、季节性强且劳动强度大,从而给农民造成极大的收获困难。为了解决上述问题,本文就国内外马铃薯挖掘机的现状、马铃薯挖掘机的研究和应用进行实际介绍和分析,巧妙地设计了分离组合式马铃薯挖掘机。对该挖掘机的主要参数进行了选择,对主要零部件的设计进行了合理的理论计算,设计出的新型马铃薯挖掘机具有了更良好的性能,更好的适应了现代农业生产力,极大地解决了劳动生产力。

Abstract
In this paper, the potato excavator design research and application of the carried on the thorough introduction and analysis, designed the separation combination of potato. Design of the machine's main parameters for the selection, design of main components of the theory of mechanism, structural optimization and design calculation. Potatoes are underground, and tuber propagation, and the harvest season, weather and other objective conditions and has a lot to do. Because the potato harvest laborious time-consuming, strong seasonal and the intensity of labor is big, which cause great harvest difficult for farmers. In order to solve the above problem, in this paper, the present situation of both at home and abroad of potato, potato digger actual research and application of the introduction and analysis, cleverly designed separation combination of potato. Selection of the main parameters of the excavator, design of main components of the theoretical calculation, design a new type of potato excavator has the better performance, better adapted to the modern agriculture productivity, solve the labor productivity greatly.
