摘 要
本次设计振动筛,在冶金和煤矿有广泛的应用。本文主要介绍振动筛的应用及其发展状况,本次设计包括振动筛的分类与特点和设计方案的确定;对物料的运动分析;对振动筛的动力学分析及动力学参数的计;合理设计振动筛的结构尺寸;对激振器进行偏心块的设计和计算,和齿轮的校核;包括原始的设计参数;电动机的设计与校核;进行了主要零部件的设计与计算;弹簧的设计与计算;轴的强度设计;轴承的选择和计算;然后设备的维修、安装等。

ABSTRACT
This design is vibrating screen, have significant applications in metallurgy and coal mines. This paper mainly introduces application of vibrating screen and its development condition, the design contain the classification and features of vibration screen and the determination of design scheme; Analyzing the movement of materials; For dynamics analysis and the calculation of the kinetic parameters of vibrating screen; The reasonable design the structure size of vibrating screen; Vibrator for the design and calculation of eccentric block, and the gear check; Including the original design parameters; The design of the motor and check; The design and calculation of main components; Spring design and calculation; The strength of the shaft design; Selection and calculation of the bearing.
