设计简介
摘 要
我国是钢铁工业大国,钢铁的年产量居世界首位。烧结是钢铁工业的重要组成部分。在烧结过程中,产生大量的废气,其中含有较高浓度的粉尘和二氧化硫,依据环保的要求,必须加以治理,才可以排放。
本设计依据烟气的主要参数和国家排放标准的要求,设计首先针对本工程情况,进行了方案论证,最后选择以电除尘器为主要除尘设备,以喷淋塔为主要脱硫设施,采用石灰石-石膏法,对某钢铁厂130m2烧结机废气进行净化。本设计最后完成了设计计算说明书一份和部分设计图纸。

Abstract
The our country is a big country of the steel industry, the year yield of the steel resides the world first.Burn the knot is an importance of industrial steel to constitute the part.In burn knot process, produce a great deal of waste gas, among them imply the dust and sulphur dioxides of the higher density, according to the request of environmental protection, must take in to manage, just can exhaust.
This design designs to aim at this engineering circumstance first according to the request of the main parameter and national exhaustion standard that smoke annoy, carrying on the project argument, the end choice with electricity in addition to the dust machine for mainly in addition to the dust equipments, take spraying to pour the tower as to mainly take off the sulphur facilities, adopt the limestone- gypsum method, burn to knot the machine waste gas to carry on the decontamination to the some steel and iron works 130 m2.This design completes the design calculation manual an and parts to design the diagram paper finally.
