导管床系统设计
[摘要] 导管床系统是血管造影机的配套系统之一,其功能是患者躺在导管床的床板上面,通过电动和手动可实现床板的上下运动和前后、左右的移动,与血管造影机联合完成对患者特定体位的透视成像诊断。导管床系统主要有升降系统、纵向移动系统、床边控制盒和脚踏开关组成。其中升降系统是实现床板的上下移动,纵向移动系统是实现床板的纵横向移动。升降系统是靠电动机驱动来实现其运动的而纵向移动系统是靠手动来实现其运动的。导管床系统设计主要是根据所给的技术要求完成了升降系统的设计。首先是总体方案的拟定,然后是各个零部件的设计。总体方案主要包括升降系统、传动系统、调整系统等方案的拟定。零部件的设计主要完成了齿轮、齿条,多楔带和涡轮、蜗杆的设计。

The System Design of Catheter Bed
[Abstract] The system of catheter bed is one complete-set system of blood vessel picture-developing machine,its function is that it can make the board go up and down by motor drive or hand drive when patients lay on the board,combining with vessel picture-developing machine to complish patients’ perspective picturing diagnose of special body position.The system of catheter bed is mainly composed of up-down system,vertical moving system,side cntroling case and foot-stepped switch.Up-down system is to make board move up and down,vertical moving system is to make board move horizonally and vertically.The former is driven by motor,the latter is driven by hand.The importance of the system design of catheter bed is to accomplish the up-down system according technical requires.The first step is draw up overall plans,then the designing of each part.The former is mostly composed of up-down system,transmitting system,adjusting system and so on.The latter is mostly composed of the designing of gear,rack,many-wedge girdle,turbine and turbine shaft.
