摘要
硬币自动分选清点机是一种集自动分选、清点和包装于一体的小型机械。本设计式为了使硬币的处理更加便捷,解决现今社会硬币逐步增大的流通量,以及硬币的处理不便的问题。经对市场产品的调查研究发现,现今已有的硬币分选机构基本都不具备包装功能。在此次的设计中,针对这个缺陷,设计出了以一个螺旋料槽扭动式电磁振动给料机、一个直线料槽往复式电磁振动给料机、三个纵封包装机、一个推杆机构和三个机械手,以及电子计数器结合而成的硬币自动分选清点机构。硬币自动分选清点机利用电磁振动给料机的振动以对硬币进行定向、排列与分选。螺旋料槽扭动式电磁振动给料机在本设计中承担的主要是硬币的定向与排列,直线料槽往复式电磁振动给料机主要运用于硬币的分选,纵封包装机、机械手与推杆机构组成了一个可纵封与横封的包装机构,电子计数器则用于硬币的清点。根据对电磁振动给料机、纵封包装机以及机械手电磁铁的选用和吸力参数设计,对机械手夹紧力参数的设计和对推杆机构的参数设计及强度校核,符合所设计机械的工作要求,通过这些局部设计计算,证明了硬币自动分选清点机的设计理论是可行的。以它的实用性,将比其他的硬币分选机构有更高的效率。

ABSTRACT
Automatic coin counting and sorting machine is a small machine having functions with automatically sorting, counting and packaging. The design wants to make the coin processing convenient, and solves the increasing circulation of coins in present-day society and the inconvenient coin processing. Through a research to the products with the coin sorting machines, we found the existing coin sorting machines almost have no the function of package nowadays. In the design, with the shortcoming, a coin counting and sorting machine is designed with a twisting spiral electromagnetic vibratory feeder, an electromagnetic reciprocating linear vibration feeder, three vertical sealing packing machines, a putter machine and three robots grouping together. The coin counting and sorting machine use the electromagnetic vibratory feeder to direct, arrange and sort for coins. The a twisting spiral electromagnetic vibratory feeder is used to direct and arrange, the electromagnetic reciprocating linear vibration feeder is used to sort coins, a machine which group with the vertical sealing packing machine, the robot and the putter machine can finish the vertical seal and horizontal seal, and the digital counter is used to count coins. The parameter design including the selection of electromagnet and electromagnetic suction of the electromagnetic vibratory feeder, the vertical sealing packing machine and the robot, the clamping force of the industrial robot and the putter machine and the strength check satisfy the job requirement. Through these designs and calculating, it is confirmed that the design theory of the automatic coin counting and sorting machine is right. With its practicality, the machine will have a higher practicality than others.

ABSTRACT
