电磁铁性能检测台机械部分设计
摘要
电磁铁已经广泛应用于国民经济的各行各业,对各行业技术和生产效率产生了重要影响。电磁铁是机电一体化系统中连接电气技术和机械技术的重要电气一机械转换器,其性能优劣对电控机械元件及系统性能有着重大的影响。由于影响电磁铁性能的因素较多,因此在对其性能进行研究的过程中,往往更注重实际性能特性测试,实测结果比理论计算结果更能准确地反映其实际特性,然后依据其测试结果的分析研究结论对电磁铁进行改进设计。
长期以来,电磁铁的静动态性能检测方法是采用简易的人工检测,其缺点是检测效率低、人为因素影响大、自动化水平低。随着科学技术的发展,自动化技术越来越多地应用到工业中,用人工进行电磁铁静动态性能检测的方法已经跟不上时代的步伐,电磁铁静动态性能的自动化检测必将成为该行业的主流。本设计研究的电磁铁性能检测台正是这样的自动化检测设备,它将改变目前人工检测的状况,实现检测过程的自动化,提高检测效率,减少人为因素的影响。
电磁铁性能测试系统可分为试验台架本体和计算机检测两大部分。本次主要设计的是试验台架。电磁铁性能测试台以步进电机和滚珠丝杠的传动机构为核心,并结合精密的力传感器和位移传感器能快速准确力和位移信号,从而得到静动态性能指标与曲线,并具有通信和打印接口,可以实现即时打印和与计算机联机。该测试台具有很好的开放性能,可以满足不同型号电磁铁静态和动态测试需要。

Abstract
Electromagnet has been widely used in industries of national economy, to technology and production efficiency of the industry had a major impact. Mechatronic systems in the electromagnet is connected in electrical technology and mechanical technology, a major electrical machinery converter, electronic control of its performance advantages and disadvantages of mechanical components and system performance have a significant impact. Long-term since, the static and dynamic performance testing electromagnets is the simple method of artificial detection, its shortcoming is testing the efficiency is low, the artificial factors affect large, automation level is low. With the development of science and technology, automation technology increasingly applied to industrial, using artificial for electromagnet static and dynamic performance testing methods have couldn't keep up with the pace of The Times, the static dynamic performance electromagnets automated testing will become the mainstream of the industry. This design research electromagnets performance test bench is such automated detection equipment, it will change the present situation of artificial detection, to realize the automation and improve the inspection process detection efficiency, reduce artificial factors influence.
Electromagnet performance test system can be divided into test rig ontology and computer testing two much. The main design is the test bench. Electromagnet performance testboard to stepping motor and the ball screw drive mechanism as the core, combining sophisticated sensors and displacement sensor can fast and accurate force and displacement signal, thus obtains the static and dynamic performance index and the curve, and with communication and print interface, can realize real-time print and computer online. This one, has the very good opening performance, can satisfy different types electromagnet static and dynamic tests need to.
