摘要:
在汽车工业飞速发展的今天,所有对汽车各个部件的研究和改进都具有时代的意义。转向器作为汽车行驶运动中的重要部件而言,对转向器的研究相对的非常重要。本设计针对的就是作为直接获取转向器各项重要技术参数的电动式转向器综合性能试验台的硬件和软件的设计。
在设计的过程中涉及到了试验台的机械部分,包括装卡和转动;模拟转向器工作环境的阻尼部分和液压助力部分;控制整个试验台正常工作的控制部分。其中包括了大量的硬件和软件的设计。
虽然设计的难度不大,机械构成也相对简单。但是能够对被测的转向器的各项重要技术参数进行有效的和直观的测量和判断。

Title:Electromotive type diverter overall performance test platform
Abstract:
In automobile industry rapid development today, possesses to the automobile each part research and the improvement all has the time the significance. The diverter took in the automobile travel movement the important part says,to diverter research relative count for much. This design aims at is the achievement directly gains the diverter each important technology parameter the electromotive type diverter overall performance test platform hardware and the software design.
Involved the test platform machine part in the design process, including installed the card and the rotation; The simulation diverter working conditions damping part and the hydraulic pressure boost the part; Controls the entire test platform normal work the control section. Has included the massive hardware and the software design.
Although designs the difficulty is not big, the machinery constitution relatively is also simple. But can to the diverter each important
technical parameter which measured carry on effective and the
direct-viewing survey and the judgement.
