设计简介
摘要
随着科学技术的不断发展,对机械产品的要求也越来越高。机械产品需要满足社会的需要,就应该具有高精度、高效率、通用性和灵活性等性能,加上机械产品不断加快的更新换代速度,因此对检验设备也相应地提出了精度高、效率高、通用性好和灵活性强的要求。电子万能试验机作为试验机床家族中的高端产品,在现代机械行业领域内被越来越多的采用,具有机型美观,操作简单,系统工作可靠,测量精度高等特点。
本设计为1KN拉压万能试验机的结构设计,试验机本体仿照WDW-100C-1000C进行设计,结构上可满足相应的参数要求,试验机重要部分的强度和刚度经过软件的模拟分析,满足可靠性试验台的试验要求。

Abstract
With the continuous development of science and technology, the requirements of mechanical products have become more sophisticated.Mechanical products need to meet the needs of society, they should have high accuracy, high efficiency, versatility and flexibility performance.Coupled with the condition that upgrading speed of mechanical products is accelerating,so the machine equipment is raised correspondingly high precision, high efficiency, good versatility and flexibility requirements. Electronic universal testing machine,as a high-end product of the CNC machine tool family ,is being more and more used in the field of modern machinery industry ,its capacity with Beautiful models, Simple Operation , high precision, High efficiency, high versatility features.
Testing machine plays an important role on today's Machining Center, whose reliability has a huge effect on machine reliability. In order to improve the MTBF level of Machining Center, it is significant to invent a testing bed to test the reliability of Various materials.
The article is the strutural design of the 1KN tension and compression testing machine.the test rig design ontologies modeled on the WDW-100C-1000C, the structure can meet the requirement of the Requirements of the corresponding parameters.The strength and stiffness of important part of test bench is simulated by analysis software to meet the reliability test requirements.
