摘 要
现代随着救援抢险设备的发展将需要更加便捷灵活的运输工具,冲锋舟拖车设计的技术在高科技抢险救援的研究开发中将起着越来越重要的作用。冲锋舟拖车设计与抢险救援有着密切的联系,在未来抢险救援设备技术的开发中和设备高速灵活的运输中占据主导地位;在其开发利用及其深加设计程中还必须考虑各类型地里环境和可持续发展。未来冲锋舟拖车设计发展趋势是高速、适应性强、简便和灵活。虽然可以通过普通运输车运输,但其成本过高,运输不灵活,运输过程中容易对冲锋舟造成破损。至今未能普遍应用。优质的消防冲锋舟拖车对产品本身的使用安全要求、产品设计的机动灵活性要求、产品专业度和全面性要求很高。无论是加工工艺还是选择型材、本身功能和用途要求多元化、机动灵活性以及配件的选择等,都有较高的要求,自己有这样全优全控的优秀组合,才能确保消防冲锋舟拖车等装备使用安全,进而确保救援人员的人生安全。
冲锋舟拖车包括山木型和滚轮型。整车镀锌、采用高强度耐磨的聚乙烯滚轮、防腐较强的山木而研制的新型专用拖车,拖车采用汽车制造工艺,配备专用的工装夹具一次成型,确保车架实用美观。其结构包括用于装载冲锋舟的拖车本体、设置于所述的拖车本体 下方的车轮、设置于所述的拖车本体 前方的用于与运输车相连接的挂钩,还包括下端部与所述的拖车本体 相转动地连接的立杆、一端部与所述的立杆的上端部通过第一转轴相转动地连接的横杆、设置于横杆的另一端部的用于升降冲锋舟的升降机构,所述的升降机构包括固定设置于所述的横杆上的连接部、绕设于所述的连接部上的牵引索、连接于所述的牵引索上的用于与所述的冲锋舟的边缘部相连接的两个连接件,进一步进行强度和配合等审核
