摘要
汽车起重机是在汽车或者汽车专用底盘上装置起重设备,完成装卸货物和建筑构件装吊任务的汽车。它是一种行走式起重机械,所以也称为汽车吊车。起重汽车广泛应用于交通运输,建筑工程,油田,矿山,码头和国防部门,特别适用于货物分散,场地狭窄,货物起落高度大的施工现场。
汽车起重机是各种工程建设广泛应用的重要设备,它对减轻劳动强度,节省人力,降低建设成本,提高施工效率,保证工程质量,实现工程施工机械化起着十分重要的作用
中国汽车式起重机已经大量使用PLC可编程集成控制技术,带有总线接口的液压阀块,液压马达,油泵等控制和执行元件已较为成熟,液压和电器已实现了紧密的结合。可通过软件实现控制性能的调整,大幅度简化控制系统,减少液压元件,提高系统的稳定性,具备了实现故障自动诊断,远程控制的能力。

ABSTRACT
