设计简介
摘要
旋耕机是在我国广大丘陵,山区,地块小,高差大,无机耕道,果园,茶园,菜地,温室大棚作业的耕耘机械。本篇毕业设计对旋耕机的国内外情况进行了说明,分析和对比,首先进行了发动机的选择,变速器的选择,部分零件的选择,传动路线的设计;然后对齿轮箱的设计和校核,关键零部件的校核;最后是工作零部件的总成。国外旋耕机设施农业耕作机械已非常成熟,作业性能稳定,功能齐全,小巧轻便。日本、荷兰、以色列等国家的产品广泛用于旋耕、犁耕、开沟、作畦、起垄、中耕、培土、铺膜、打孔、播种、灌溉和施肥等作业项目。如果有适用于中国国情的小型旋耕机问世,不但直接经济效益显著,而且还具有广泛的社会效益,其推广前景将是十分广阔的。可以大大提高中国农业的机械化水平,向农业现代化迈出坚实的一步。

Abstract
Rotary cultivator is in our country vast hilly, mountainous area, small plot, elevation, inorganic farming road, orchard, tea garden, vegetable garden, greenhouse cultivation machinery operation. The graduation design for rotary machine at home and abroad were introduced, analyzed and compared, the engine options, transmission choices, parts selection, transmission line design; then the gear box design and verification, key parts of the check; the last is working parts assembly.
Foreign rotary facility farming machinery is very mature, stable working performance, complete functions, compact and lightweight. Japan, Holland, Israel and other countries, the products are widely used in rotary tillage, plowing, ditching, ridging, bedding, intertill, ridging, filming, punch, sowing, irrigation and fertilization project. If there is a suitable for China 's small rotary tiller is published, not only economic benefit is obvious, but also has a wide range of social benefits, its prospects will be very broad. Can greatly improve the agriculture mechanization level in China, to agricultural modernization has taken a solid step forward
