小型自分离磨浆机的设计
【摘要】：本课程主要是设计通用小型自动大豆磨浆机，国内的用户大多使用ML-125立式或MW-125卧式两种磨浆机加工豆浆，磨浆机产品作为食用制浆机械，其接触食品材料，如：料斗、拨料器、砂轮、出料口等均应采用无毒材料。随着同国际标准的接轨，国家卫生安全标准也将逐步提高。目前所使用的镀锌板等材料必将被淘汰，替代材料的选用应引起企业的高度重视。设计一种自动性能的磨机有着巨大的社会和经济效益，以及如何进一步改善其性能和扩大其应用范围，使小型大豆自分渣磨浆机能得到更好的发展，能更好为生产和生活服务。在产品的结构以及关键部件设计开发上，各企业需进一步加强技术理论研究和技术开发工作，目前磨浆机产品设计与制造，大多企业存在相互仿制情况，缺乏对产品进一步研究和开发。因此，设计一种新型高性能的磨浆机迫在眉睫。
